1. What we collect
Your Privy identifier and wallet address, a referral code, and the username you set in Settings, if you set one. Your account is the same one the Every app uses, and when you use something that goes through our servers — sending to an @name, moving money into Savings — we also keep the email of the account you sign in with, your name if you sign in with Google or Apple, your phone number if you have added one, your @name (given from the part of your email before the @, and changeable), and a record of those money movements. Anyone signed in who types your exact @name gets your wallet address, and anyone with your address can see your @name. If you create an agent key or connect an app, we keep its name, what it can do and when it was last used, and only a fingerprint of the key. Our servers see your IP address to stop abuse and do not keep it in our database. On top of that: error reports (via Sentry) with your address, Privy identifier, email and session tokens stripped, and the anonymous website analytics described below.
2. Website analytics, without cookies
We measure how this website is used with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Each page view records the page’s address with its query string removed (only campaign tags such as utm_source are kept), the site that linked to it, your approximate location (country, region, city), and your browser, operating system and device type. Visitors are counted with a hash of the request that Vercel discards after 24 hours, so a visit is not tied to you and cannot be followed across other sites. We also count four steps of opening an account: clicking “Open your account”, opening the sign-up window, creating the account, and choosing how to make a first deposit. Each is labelled only with the page language and button, the sign-in method (email, Google, Apple or other) or the deposit method (crypto or card). No name, email, phone number, wallet address or amount is sent.
3. On-chain activity is public
Trades and transfers you make settle on public blockchains and on-chain venues. That activity is inherently public and is not something we can make private.
4. Third parties
We rely on: Privy (sign-in and the embedded wallet), Hyperliquid (where trades execute: it receives your address and your orders), Morpho (where Savings money is lent), the Arbitrum and Base network nodes (we ask them for your wallet’s balance), Supabase (our database and the servers that relay signed requests), Vercel (hosting and website analytics), Upstash (short-lived counters that limit abuse) and Sentry (error tracking). Buying with a card and the Polymarket markets are switched off in this beta. When either is switched on, its providers will be added here, and so will ipapi.co, which your browser then asks for the country of your connection. Each processes data under its own policy.
5. What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not take custody of your funds or keys.
6. Deleting your data
Ask us through the support channels linked in the app and we delete what we keep about you (section 1). There is no button for it: a person on the team does it by hand, within the month data-protection law (GDPR) allows. What is already on a blockchain cannot be deleted, by you or by us, and what the providers above keep is governed by their own policies.
7. Contact
Questions or data requests: reach us via the support channels linked in the app. A full, counsel-reviewed policy will be published before public launch.
